Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days in metro cities and 7-10 business days for other locations.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier service, or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, strikes, or government restrictions).

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.

• For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may have an additional fee of ₹100

4. Delivery Partners

• We partner with leading courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your order’s progress.

• You can also track your order through our website under the "Track Order" section.

6. Delivery Issues

• If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@vibescrafts.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• If the courier fails to deliver, we will assist you in reattempting delivery or issuing a refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

• If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, it will be returned to us.

• For prepaid orders, we will attempt redelivery or refund the amount (excluding shipping charges).

• For COD orders, customers will need to place a new order.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
